We believe employers should understand what they’re paying for and what’s driving their pharmacy costs.
Welcome to Sandia Rx Analytics.
At Sandia Rx Analytics, we help employers understand what they are paying for pharmacy benefits, verify whether their PBM is delivering what the plan was promised, and identify opportunities to improve savings, transparency, and accountability.
Our pharmacist-led audits examine pharmacy claims, drug pricing, rebates, administrative fees, specialty drug spending, formulary decisions, contract terms, and PBM reporting. Sandia Rx Analytics was built to give employers an independent view of their pharmacy benefit that extends beyond routine, PBM-generated reports.
Every engagement is reviewed by a pharmacists with pharmacy, business, and financial experience. AI does not determine our findings or recommendations. We translate complex pharmacy benefit information into clear, practical answers that employers can use to evaluate plan performance, question unexplained costs, address potential compliance concerns, and strengthen PBM oversight. The goal is simple: show where the plan is performing well, where further questions should be asked, and where meaningful improvements may be possible.

Follow the money
We examine claims, PBM pricing, fees, rebates, guarantees, and contract terms to understand what the employer paid and where the dollars went.
Understand the medicine
Pharmacist review looks at the drugs behind the spending, including generics, specialty medications, high-cost therapies, utilization, and other patterns that may be driving cost.
Give employers clear answers
We turn what we find into plain-language findings, questions to take back to the PBM, and areas that may require further review.
